Delete it in the app
- Open Champ and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete Account.
- Optionally tell us why, then confirm.
You’ll be signed out right away and won’t be able to sign in to that account again.
Can’t open the app?
Send us a request with the account deletion form, or email playchamp.dev@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We may ask you to confirm the request.
What happens next
- Immediately: your account is disabled and you are signed out.
- Within 30 days: we delete your profile (email, username, display name, avatar, phone number, country), friends list, bets and predictions, coins, diamonds, trophies, streak, tasks, notification settings and push tokens. Your chat messages are deleted or anonymised.
- What we keep: records of in-app purchases, for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and anything we must keep to resolve disputes or comply with the law. Server logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Before you go
- Deletion is permanent. Coins, diamonds and items you bought or earned are lost and can’t be refunded or moved to another account.
- Subscriptions: Champ has no subscriptions, so there’s nothing to cancel with Apple or Google.
- Changed your mind about a single feature? You can turn notifications off in Settings → Notifications or block players instead.
